                     I have seen in videos and read in stories of a pencil thin wand with a smooth metal vibrating end described as grape sized.
Mains operated with ten speeds



This is the closest I can find called a wiggle wand, but obviously not a smooth end.

It sounds like what you are talking about is a urethral sound.
