I noticed that one of the favorites from among Cock Hero vids, Samantha Rone, was nominated for Best New Starlet. (That's pretty much the only award that I would ever bother to follow, and I don't generally follow any "official developments" in the porn world at all because ... obviously ... there's no way to determine what ought or ought not be "official"; therefore I regard with a great deal of skepticism such self-appointed arbiters as AVN. Nevertheless, it's fun I guess.)
I don't personally find Samantha Rone all that special; but a lot of guys who make and enjoy the Cock Hero vids here at Milovana do find her very special, and so I guess their interests were somewhat ... ahem ... double-entendre
... vindicated. To the contrary, for me last year's winner, Remy LaCroix, was a welcome and surprising eye-opener, an amazingly hot young lady for many of the reasons other than those that I usually associate with porn starlets. Because of her, I looked up this year's awards. But this year's winner, Carter Cruise, just bores me, yet another blonde Californian with drably dangling boobs, inadequate muscle tone for her chunky belly's size, and something of the predictable to her appearance. Sure, I'd do her. But I'd do just about all of them; that's not the point of the awards!
Well, it's interesting. I thought it would be fun to talk about it a bit. What do y'all think about Carter Cruise, about Remy and the other "best new" starlet genre, and about other awards like this?
