Idk. I can't remember the name. There were two girls and they alternated slides. One was blonde I think, but that's not an end-all-be-all. You eventually had to decide which one you'd finished on and it would loop until you did. Can someone find/remember this?

Pretty sure you're thinking of one of AshesNDust's 2012/2013 Challenge teases. Now, there are a number of these, and each against 2 different girls. Just like you described it will loop between the two towards the end forcing you, eventually, to cum.
