Organizing Tease

As I write this, there's 984 teases up on the site. Lots more have been made and taken down, and I certainly hope lots more are under construction. I'd like it if there was some sort of directory structure whereby I could hunt down teases by topic. It'd only have to be text links, maybe make it in the form of a wiki page? I don't know.

I do know the tags were intended for just this purpose, but frankly I don't think they do a particularly good job. To take an example, if I open up the search functionality and click bondage, not only do I get teases that aren't tagged bondage, but I only get 17 teases - and I'm sure there are more than that on the subject.

Either way, it just bothers me. It's not critical, I just wish I could have it organized as meticulously as my picture collections!

Those teases are all still tagged "bondage." If a tease has more than 5 tags, then only 5 will be displayed under the current system.

Maybe we should come up with a way of changing this?

Also, a lot of bondage teases have the toy tag "rope" instead. It would be nice to be able to click on those tags in the search. Until then though you can click here.

hey, is it possible to search by more than 1 tag at a time?

on some sites like alt. sex stories you can select from a list of different tags and filter it like *scat*+*lesbian*+*fisting* or whatever you want and just get stories with those tags.

also i was wondering, is there a way of seeing a list of every tag including all user created tags?

it is possible to search multiple tags. all you have to do is when you go to search, just click more than one tag, the engine will search teases with all of the tags that you have selected.

also a question i would like to ask. something i have noticed is that when i am searching teases, if i am on say page 5 or 10 or 30 or whatever and i find a tease that i like and i click and participate, when i click back or return to index, it always takes me back to page one, with 10 teases per page. is there anyway someone could make it to where after i view a tease and click back or return or whatever it would take me back to where i was when i clicked the tease. Maybe i am just lazy but i like to return where i left off instead of having to find where i was at again.

Still I have the problem of only being able to see the most popular tags. i would prefer a drop-down list of ALL tags that I can choose from.
Its still possible by messing around in the address bar: multiple tag searches end up like:

so I could just change the words to other tags but I wish it was easier (im lazy too)

Its possible if you open up the tease in a new tab or window (right click, open in new tab/window)

well..to avoid loading the tease in your current browser tab (such as in firefox or ie7) simply click the tease with your mousewheel.

Reading this topic got my the idea of writing a firefox-plugin.. something like a website-manager which integrates in the context menu.. the plugin would keep track of your teases..this would result in
a history which may be adjustable/customizable (kinda love this word *lol*)
an alternative for the *my favorites* menu (although i have to say the crew did a really nice job there :)
and for all this there would be a password (which could be set for privacy-reasons ..or it could be left blank for a curious girlfriend to discover.. ^^)

a note for the geeks amongst us..yes there even would be shortcuts ;p

i will write this on my todo-list as i am currently on something else.

sounds cool hey wheres the favourites menu? I didnt know about this... i think i remember clicking on some hearts by the tease names to add to favourites but could never find where it put them

cumhardy i dont know if this will help any b/c you still have to do a little work, but if you wanna search a user created tag, just click it. say the tag is sound. find a tease that has a tag sound, click sound in the list of tags under the tease and milovana will pull up all of the teases with the tag sound. i'm sure you already know this but maybe somebody doesnt. its also good b/c it puts all the teases on one page! i usually do this even if i am searching the most popular tags b/c i like all the teases to be displayed on one page.
