'Very Last Time' Tease Question

Hi,

I came across The Very Last Time a little while back, and loved it, though i just clicked through, and didn't actually follow it. for those of your who've already done it, you know the length of time involved in the tease is not practical for real life.

My question: has anyone tried to approximate the results of that tease in real life, with a certain time period, and if so, what was it?

I'm interested in doing the tease for real, and I want to apply the results in a realistic way to RL.

What are your thoughts?

I haven't ha a go myself but if you want to it depends how long you have been without orgasm before, it should be lengthy though. Periods over a month I'd think. I'd also recommend getting some sort of chastity device so you can't cheat in a moment of weakness.
