It really depends on how she crosses her legs and what her intensions are - to conceal or to reveal. In the later case she still manages to appear innocent whist catching your attention ... and you never quite know if she is doing it on purpose or not.
Is there anyone who would not hope for these legs to open up and reveal more ? And the anticipation of what might happen is what a good tease is made of. Once all is revealed, this part of the fun is over.

And sometimes there's little difference between crossed legs and legs spread apart.

Finally - crossing those legs seems a really good idea.
