Easy to make your own acceleration challenge

First go to "best drum trainer online" which is found here:

And make sure you are under the "speed trainer beta" page.
(There is a square little box on the left side of the page).

Now, under "Start BPM" slide the triangle to 120.

And under "End BPM" slide it to 300.

Slide the total time to 20 minutes total.And the number of steps to 8.

Okay, now, put that web page in the background of your browser and click this page below and
have it in front of your browser.

Now, when you are ready get naked and get some lube on and press the metronome start button and then the video play button immediately right after that and put the metronome page once again in the background of your browser and it will click the tones and watch the girls video page in front of you with the volume on but have it low so you can hear the clicking accelerate as you watch the girls.

You can also play any other video you would like of course, and as well you can click the accelerator to start faster or slower or have more more steps.Just make sure the metronome page is behind the video of what you are watching.
