Was a cool read but I didnt do the exercises. Theres no way im *SPOILER!* repeatedly dropping a litre of water in a bottle from waist height. It would do me some permanent damage im sure!... I might want kids some day. But it sounded fun, if I was less scared I would have loved it i imagine

The idea in the tease made it enjoyable for me, however i didnt do the exercises either. Really i wanted to, but i wasnt sure if it could cause major damage or not, and i didnt want to find out by looking at my balls laying on the floor after the water bottle pulled them off!!! It was a good tease however, if you or anyone has actually dropped something that heavy tied to their balls and lived to tell the story, please let me hear about it.

Most that I have dropped was a full 2 liter bottle... hurt for a bit... but no biggie... the key is to shorten the rope a bit.

Ive hung quite a lot of weight, i dont mind if I can lift it up from off the floor. Its the dropping part that freaks me out!
