Chastity cages with urethal prongs? Issues?

So I'm experimenting with chastity cages again. (sadly self locked) and was intrigued by one that has a urethal insert.

I've now tried it and while a bit weird putting on for the first time (you really need to go slow and relax) and peeing through it (odd but nice) I was wondering if there were any issues with wearing it for days or weeks? Anyone tried it before? What happened ?

I know this is No help
but I have never tried anything with a urethral tube.


you might have the same problems they do with catheters though
but that depends on how Wide the tube is,, and weather it expands your urethra
I am not sure if it possible, but you can ask a doctor,,,
I did about wearing a tube chastity cage (no insert though)

                     I assume this a metal device in which case boil for sterile conditions,
                    using a cup or mug of water and microwave is good, keep covered, then allow to cool to body temperature before using.
                     google sounds for more info on urethral insertions.

                    I have been catheterised and the insertion and removal are very enjoyable if you relax.

          Easy way to relax is to concentrate on your breathing,
          experiment on different times for inhale, exhale.

                              Start with breath in 2...3...4...5...6...7 and out 2...3...4...5...6...7...8...9...10...11.

It depends on what you consider "a long time" and also how deep the plug penetrates.

Something that goes through a urethral piercing like a PA wouldn't need to be removed to be cleaned most of the time. Anything deeper in the urethra then that is a "short term" toy overall.

I've seen badly fitted or mistreated devices cause urethral tears and also as has been pointed out it is like a little highway for microbes that would looooooove to give you a UTI or bladder infection.

If it is just too sexy to resist, I would say do not wear them more then a week at a time and only do so if they are 1) custom sized to fit you (not off the rack/one size fits some) and 2) you are taking cranberry pills.

It is also worth noting that many chastity manufacturers say "24-48 hours max" on many devices that include a urethral insert.

Thanks for the replies all. Practicalities have asserted themselves- I cant sleep in such a cage (way too painful with night time erections) so it would be for weekends only. During the week I need a full nights sleep to function at work, so it'd be 48 hours maximum. And while an interesting sensation, I think I need one of that length without the urethal insert for comfort.
