Wyatt has gone MIA from the site, most likely do to personal reasons. I know Mistress Jenifer has posted at least once a forum topic for doing the voting, but doesn't have the forum permissions to be able to change it for the main page/on there. We'll have to wait for Wyatt to come back, or Seraph0x to find some new community volunteer to help with it.
