I think moderation is the key, everyone likes to test their limits, it's just finding the right balance. Regarding the erictile problems I have always found that I can pretty much get hard when in chastity, it just causes a bit of discomfort. Have never had any problems afterwards, but then again I have only worn a belt for two weeks tops. It just becomes uncomfortable to wear it longer than that for me.

As for the OP, I think the main concern should be comfort and hygiene if you are wearing it longer term.
