Starting my first cock hero!

So I plan I starting my first cock hero soon and wanted to have a place to put updates and get help.

So my plan so far:

• 5-7 songs/rounds
  Electronic music
  Probably all girls
  Will include a beat meter and probably some indication of beat changes
  a sexy voice

I will add to this post as I make progress.

First question, is there a program just for making beat meters or will I have to get After effects?

Update: I'm in the process of sorting though my music to find good songs to use. Although I'm mostly looking for music that I personally like, I will try to have a variety of tempos and styles.
Also, I'm (Hopefully) going to have a voice added in, kind of like 'CH OSU!'. I'm just waiting for permission to use the audio.

Update 2: So I've made a little clip of what the whole video might be like, I just need someone to suggest somewhere to share it. It's only 30 seconds, and I didn't do too much to edit it, I just wanted an idea of what it could be like. This doesn't mean i am anywhere near finished, But I want to have your opinion on what should be done to make it better.

Also, probably the most important step in any successful Cock Hero video (and one you didn't mention in your post) is to make an audio track containing a beat sound that is separate and distinct from the music you select and loud enough to be easily identifiable. In the sticky, this corresponds with step 3.7 and step 5.

I don't know any other way than using AE. If you don't want to work with AE I can make you an offer. You could send me your beats, a single mp3 only containing the beats, and I can render you a beat meter which you can add into your video.

This sounds perfect. I was going to just use pre-made beat meters but this sounds so much beter and less cheaty.
