There was a program a few years ago that did the same thing on your computer. It grayed out your screen and randomly threw up a little box (somewhere on the screen) you had to click in a set period of time before it disappeared -- any lack-of-click would be logged for future reference by your punisher/dom. So you couldn't multitask and needed to be focussed on the screen for the duration.

This takes that level of interactivity up a notch, using the webcam. Interesting and gives some creative ideas for predicament punishments!

I tried playing a cock hero video with the timer running and only my head and shoulders in frame, only allowed to cum when the time was completed, it meant I had to control my movement a lot, if I got too into the video it would scald me and I would need a time out. Plus the timer extension meant I had to make it through the video twice before I was allowed to release.
Could work for certain web teases too, provided they were simply stroking.
Worth a try for something different :)

You must have a webcam for it. It will detect your motion, and you can set the threshold of how much movement gives you a penalty.

And there are some artificial voices which scold you or add punishment time.

But there are uses beyond "corner time". For example, set it up with a erotic video running and have the motion thereshhold such that e.g. you can't move at all to masturbate, or only a little, or only if you are fapping furiously

Probably some more ideas possible.
