The flickering images are usually just distracting if they are too fast and breaks immersion.

This seems too softcore (along the lines of flux which i don't like) for me so thats the only piece of advice i can really offer

even though I think the idea including non adult models into a CH is great I would not use still images and flickering in a video.

Even though my preference would be for some actual nakedness, I love to see people experimenting. I don't mind still images in a video, but if you want us to appreciate them you'll have to show them longer than just one or two frames. Leave them up for at least 10 frames (or at least a third of a second). Otherwise you're just going for something subliminal, and I doubt many people would appreciate that.
