Site Update! Oh yeah!

Welcome to Milovana 2.1.

What's new? Well, we reworked the site navigation as you will notice on the top right. Also, the Wiki software is now ready and after we added some initial content we will soon make it available.

I'm sorry there have been so little updates in the last few weeks, but I have to put a lot of time into legal and administrative issues. We want this to be a clean, free and stable site which isn't as easy as it might look.

We need to found a company, so the budget can be properly taxed and we have no personal liability. Question is: What country should the company be based in?

For now, you guys just enjoy the update. I will soon release a few more details about the wiki.

As always, if you have any problems, just reply here or create a topic in the Tech Support forum.

I know you are tweaking the site as i write this ph0xy, but i just have to say it. The new site design and wiki is really sexy!

I just downloaded the latest version of internet explorer and now with this new design, my computer is pimpin'!

awesome updates! on the topic of which contry the comp should be based in... id have ot say america is offlimits because of the law that shut down OD.com's webteases. The server is based in amsterdam right? maybe the company should be formed in germany?

Can't really follow your logic here, but you do realize that Amsterdam is in the Netherlands, right? And we placed the server in the Netherlands, because we didn't feel too comfortable with restrictions placed upon German websites in terms of youth protection. So founding the company in Germany now would feel like going back to square one and I'm not to sure about whether these youth protection laws would apply for us in that case or not.

The only proper way to answer this question is to ask an expert and this is something I'm already working on. But it takes time to find a competant lawyer or consultant, who also has some adult industry experience.

I have a feeling that we might end up with either the Netherlands, the UK or Ireland.
