It takes some practice, but basically you need to go over the edge by the smallest amount possible and just relax. If you go too far over the edge or tense up your muscles it will tend to shoot out more like it normally does, which in my opinion isn't even a full ruined orgasm.

For me the easiest way to do this is rubbing the underside of my cock right below the head (when I'm already close to cumming). If I just stroke over the edge there is way too much stimulation and I go too far over. The "best" ruined orgasms I've had actually happened a few seconds after the actual touch was removed.
