Looking for a fast way to send/upload/download large videos

Hi,
I tried sites like videomega.tv, minbox, mega and others ones, but they are too slow (upload and download). I want to upload a preview of a round i've make and in the best resolution it takes like 900Mb.
What's the fastest way to send/upload/download it?

I thought that was what he meant, too, but I looked closer at the link and found out that it's actually not very useful. It gives this:

That's a Google-search with a rather elaborate regular-expression for what the initial request was ... sort of. The link doesn't actually trigger the right type of search. It gets web pages that have those terms in their titles or URLs, not web pages that offer the services that the reg-ex would have discerned ... sort of.

What about a torrent?

It can max your upload connection and is pretty reliable.
