Possible recommendations that can be stand alone, or combined together:
Targets set back to 0, and target is reassigned to be something that does not come up often.
Start back at 0, now when they reach 15 they need 3 peoples permission to cum. If they have to do another round, the 2nd set of targets goes back to just needing Della's permission
Old target becomes a twist (writing lines, ball slaps, anything) that you have to reach 15 times and then beg for a new edging target
Going forward, you can only stroke to the first or last post of a page. (should take much longer that way)
writing lines for every edge over 15. (writeforme.org has an easy to use interface to set it up).
Be required to post 10 pictures for every edge, and not continue until someone posts after you
The advantage of the picture posting, or the line writing is there is an audit trail and you can see that someone really does the punishment. Wall sit exercises can be evil too... 1 minute per edge over? muhahahah
Perhaps have the person come up with their own punishment which you have to approve of.. That gets me every time. I either am to hard on myself, or my wife kicks it up a notch. (no win scenario)
