Hello. *smile* This thread, although anyone can reply, is primarily for those men that are female at heart.

I have a young, adult, male, family member that is exploring options with his gender. He is well endowed in his genitalia.
He wants to conceal his penis.
How is the best way to do this?
He found a video that shows pushing the testicles back up into the body. To me, this looks unsafe.

I want to give him the best advice possible and appreciate sincere feedback.

I wouldn't call myself a female at heart, but i do enjoy feminization/sissyfication and do it a lot. I find that lightly pulling you balls and penis towards your ass and putting on a pair of tight panties works. Unfortunately sitting is kind of painful because your balls will likely be slightly pulled/squished. Other than that i think the panties are good because i feel every male that wants to act like a girl should wear panties, and if tight enough they wont let you get hard, keeping the clitty small. If he wants a smaller penis wearing a chastity device for long periods of time can shrink it, it also might make him feel more girly because he can't use or play with his penis.

If those work well then those are probably the best the way to hide an unsightly penis. If he buys one of those please have him tell us how good/bad the model he got was, i personally would be more interested in the first one the cherry popper, but yeah i have not tried either one.

I do know however that pushing your balls back inside is dangerous. Don't do it!

I can imagine that a good way to hide your penis would be to wear a chastity cage, and tying back said cage between your legs.

Wearing very tight speedo's is also something that works for me, but it's uncomfortable.

I never heard of gaff panties but looking them up it would seem that they would work well. Say Slutastic, have you had any experience with the prosthetic vagina's like the ones I linked to? I really want to know if they are comfortable and can be worn 24/7.

As you said in your first post, he is experimenting with his gender.
The reason for your balls being outside, as opposed to ovaries which are inside, is temperature control.
Balls can't effectively produce sperm when they are too hot.
This is also why on cold days, they shrink (pull them closer to body heat), and on hot days, they sag.

If he later changes his opinion on his gender, and decides to be straight, he might come into problems when he starts thinking about getting children.

Source: Biology classes, there is actually a medical condition which causes your balls to be inside. Everyone here gets checked for it at around 12. When they don't come out of their own, medical help is needed.

So, I always wanted to be a girl, so in some way I have the same problem: I want to hide my penis.

And a lot of people gave me a lot of solutions to do that, but no one work without being ultra expensive and irreversible. I know, that's a lame.

The only advice I could give is to find someone who accept that he isn't fan of his attribute and don't find it bad... And who don't like boys for there penises.

The less he use his attribute, the less he would care about having the wrong one. I'm not saying stop having sex, but to have sex with the more of the rest of his body than this part.

There is boys AND girls that prefer the other to do the girl. The hardest way is to find the persons. (If he prefer girls, don't try with lesbian, find a bi... Lesbian are nice and friendly, but they won't stay a long time.)
