Perhaps use "Fapioh" cards to determine if you get to cum or not. You can build yourself a "deck" of "cards" or whatever, specifically designed to your tastes. Then give yourself a limit, like if you don't get a "cum card" in like 25 cards, then you don't cum for 24 hrs. You can make that % of cumming better or worse by adding more or less cum cards, or by saturating the "deck" with non-cum cards.

A nice added touch is the cum cards usually have you cum in different ways, like aimed at your own face, or making you let go of your cock right away. In addition to that, pick a specific time of day (ie 1 pm). That's the time you're allowed to cum. If you're out, or somebody drops by or calls and "disturbs" you - you miss the chance ... you get to wait another 7 days
