Need help in Chastity making

I'm trying to make a chastity device. Now for this I'm planning to use a
1. 45 degree elbow piece
2. Metal/Plastic ring
3. Lock
4.elbow piece cap
5.glue
First I will shut the one end of elbow piece with a cap with the help of glue and make a small hole half the size of diameter for peeing purpose then on the other side just at the beginning surface make a small hole enough to get a lock inside, then after inserting my balls and cock through the ring and inserting the cock through the piece I will lock the piece with the ring.
I hope I'm being clear here.

Now I found a plastic ring in my house its of 1.5" diameter and I thought of trying it on my balls and cock. after inserting my balls and cockI feel quite a tightening and a dull pain around my balls specially around the underside of scrotum, and sometimes on the whole part whenever my cock tries to get hard. Is this pain normal or do I change the ring?

Is there any better way to make a chastity device?

Well 1.5" (or 38mm) is the same size as the smallest ring delivered with the CB6000 chastity devices. Very few people use that size so I would imagine it is too tight. There's a difference between good teasing pain and, fuck I'm castrating myself pain.

I would ask though, why are you building your own device? Even a cheap Chinese knock off device is better sounding than that if I'm honest.

@danny16: I have read almost all the ideas on tpe.com. Can you please tell me how much the diameter of the ring must be
I today made the first part(one which goes on the cock) and its looking good,have uploaded the pics below.I now just have to buy a good metal ring.

I would have bought it but in India its not easily available and if by ay chance youu find it on internet its of too much money.,found at one site and it was tagged 5500 rupees, which is a large amount of money

@sexualchoc: I have also seen this video, but it has got spikes in it and that would be very painful. Believe me I have done a lot of research on Internet, and about buying a chastity device as I told earlier it would be way too much expensive :(

I have uploaded the pic of the chastity, I couldn't found any PVC material that's why I bought the steel one :)
Now the hole through which the shoelace have been inserted is the upper side and will be used to insert the lock part. The other lock part will pass through the metal ring(balls) through which I will insert my balls and cock. Now after locking any of the things the ball ring or the upper chastity part(the cock one) can't be open.

Also in the 2nd photo as you can see I have glued a thin metal sheet and made a hole in that, through which I will be able to get to pee.

Hi, I've done a fair bit with DIY chastity devices, so I might be able to share a couple of things.

First off, because you're using a metal tube, be very very careful to have filed the cut edges off - you probably have anyway, but it's still worth saying since a cut down there can take a while to heal...

As far as choosing a ring goes, I've had some small success with curtain rings, which have the advantage of starting off with a hole at the top to put a padlock through. They are difficult to find large enough though, to my knowledge 50mm is a reasonable starting size and some people downsize later on. Here's a link for the largest curtain rings I've found
You probably want to test them yourself though, to make sure they won't fall off and aren't too tight - obviously this size does vary a little between guys, so you have to do the testing yourself.

Here's my method for that (Just with the ring, nothing else):
-Put it on (ball-ball-cock) and try to pull it straight off. If it stays on to the point of any pain, it's tight enough. It hardly needs saying that if it hurts or feels numb without you pulling it it's way too tight.
-Check that you can get hard with just the ring on. As it's a cock ring you will probably find more throbbing going on. An edge might also be a good idea here, to make sure you're as hard as you're likely to get. Again, if it actively hurts it's too tight, and if it hurts while you're getting hard remove it immediately - a ring can block circulation and you'd have to get it cut off, which would be a very awkward conversation...
-Check that once you are hard you can get soft again. It might take a little bit longer than normal due to the blood flow and such.
-Leave just the ring on for at least half a day. Does it chafe? Do you feel pressure building up? Any numbness? Try to go out and do things too, sitting in front of a computer or TV won't do this properly. Finally...
-Take it off and cum. Ideally you want the shortest time possible between removing the ring and ejaculating. If it's the right size you'll feel nothing out of the ordinary and congratulations! If it's too tight you can feel some constricting pains in the area just behind or underneath your balls, which you want to avoid.

Two last suggestions to make, then I'll shut up. Firstly it might be worth using a funnel on the end of your device instead of just cutting a hole in the cap - it will fit you in better and it avoids any chance of sharp edges.
I'd also like to say that I've had way more success with my leather device than I have with any metal/plastic contraption, it's just easier to cut to the right size. The problem is that it can't be worn in the shower (or at least not often) and so might not be suitable for longer term use...

So that's my experience with making these things, though if anyone disagrees with anything let me know!
