I can't recommend mega.co.nz enough for one-click hosting, but torrents are really the best way to go (Empornium or a public tracker, doesn't really matter to me).

Your best bet would most likely be a torrent. Empornium is usually pretty safe.

For me, my personal preference would be: femdom as in instruction and commands about stroking, yes; femdom as in humiliation or sissification, no; dildofuck, no. But others have other preferences, of course, the more the merrier.
