OMG AE project file, gimme gimme gimme!
Could I also request you to make a separate one that's just for single stroking (not up and down) like every other CH please? So we can easily replace the graphic with our own icon
IMO the inconsistent sporadic up/down scrolling graphics are way too difficult to follow for such a fast song. I'd be too focused on watching the arrows the whole time if this were in a CH. It would work if they were used to a steady beat, but even then I think a single graphic would work best for any BPM above 120. The arrows would be fantastic for playing a super slow song, where you want to prolong the strokes.
New animated Beat Meter Build - no waveforms

Re: New animated Beat Meter Build - no waveforms
Am I the only one who finds my brain just doesn't grasp the idea of the up down arrows. Like it makes sense but eyes to hand it doesn't work at all.
It looks great but man I don't think I can make my brain do it.

Re: New animated Beat Meter Build - no waveforms
I much much prefer the normal 1 beat 1 full stroke up & down, we already have beats with alternative rhythms, I really don't think we need to complicate THAT. I like simple beats with some rhythms like 4 fast-1 slow , 3fast -2slow, with some fast, normal or slow versions of 1-1, or killer things like the really fast 2-1-2 in pink complex (a complete killer when you are already quite aroused from the previous rounds)
CH doesn't need more complex beats, it need good creator than can use them intelligently to keep us on that sweet edge where the wrong (or right?) scene will give the push and make us lose it :p

Re: New animated Beat Meter Build - no waveforms
I like the idea but even though I'm a fan of complex beats (like max 1 and 2) I just don't get the up down when it gets slightly faster I'm afraid.

All of these new beat meters but seemingly no new cock heroes... hoping its not a dying concept
