Chastity with dilator or similar

Hello Milovanians,

I thought I'd post here a more general question, as probably almost nobody is reading the other subforum ^_^. I created a thread there asking about a specific chastity cage:

So my question would be is it viable to wear a dilator or in this case a flex tube chastity cage for long term? The answers I got so far were kind of contradicting.
