NYX: Error Message - Invalid Tease ID?

Anyone else keep getting this Error Message?


"Your request could not be processed, because there was a problem accessing this particular tease. The exact error was: Invalid tease ID

If you need help please write a post in the forums under "Technical Support", but please don't forget to quote the full error message."



I keep getting this message when I try to open a tease. Sometimes I can get NYX to cooperate when I logout and log back in. Any suggestions? Not upset, just frustrated. I still appreciate the designers and their hard work.

If you're talking about the tease "Construction Instruction" - that tease is there and I just tried opening it - it worked.

I changed the error message so it shows which ID it tried to open. Can you try again and if you get the error, post it again? Thanks!

Thank you, I just posted the new tease. Yes, it appears to be working, but now I have no idea why no thumbnail? I am clueless when it comes to these "computer things". I was going to try to go back and see why the image did not appear, but I was afraid I would lose my sound files again.

I plan to create more teases, so I will let you know if I get that error again. I realize it has something to do with my browser history and cache.

You can select a thumbnail by going to the media tab, selecting an image and clicking the "Set as thumbnail" button.

I AM computer illiterate, but not THAT computer illiterate, I can't believe I missed the obvious. What is the old saying? "Can't see the forest for the trees?"
