I've tried the Curve model, which apparently has a slightly bigger confinement area, and have not had the type of problems you describe. I do need a little bit of lube to slide into it comfortably, but just a little bit is all that's needed. While I wouldn't say that it's comfortable, I have left it on for a day or so without any unpleasant side-effects.

Based on what you described, it sounds like the model you got is too small for you.

I have, indeed, had the same problems with the CB=6000. The suggestions I've received was to put it on loose for the first week or so, to allow the testicles time to adjust to the confinement, so they relax, and quit trying to pull up. This supposedly eliminates the pain in the balls. The other problem I had, was a constant pinching between the ring assembly, and the cage itself. Every time I tried to get hard, I ended up with a very painful abrasion at the juncture. I never was able to get past this problem, and ultimately quit trying to use the cage as a long term device, instead, opting to use it as a temporary solution, for short term play with my partner. She finds it hilarious to tie me down, lock me in the cage, and frustrate the hell out of me for the next few hours. Anyways, sorry you're having problems with it. My only real advice is to put it on somewhat loose, and allow your body time to adjust to wearing it, and then move down in ring/spacer size. It won't be perfect the first time, but after a time, once your body gets used to wearing something restrictive like this, you may find a more comfortable solution.

The best advice I can give you is that the fit, ring size, spacers, and how much lube you use is going to be a big process of experimentation, and not necessarily an intuitive one. So keep experimenting with all the variables if you have problems, and hope that you stumble across the right mix :) I did notice you tried no (or very little?) lube, and then a lot of lube -- I find in this case that moderation is the key, while some movement is important it seems to help if the base of the device isn't so it is held more or less in place.

I find sleeping in the device impossible still (at least if I want to get anything approaching a full nights sleep), and would advise you wear it during the evenings or weekend while you can be at home and keep an eye on things. Build up the amount of time slowly and pay attention to what is going on down there.

Regarding the vent holes I had the exact same problem as you, and worked around it by covering them up with a piece of medical tape on the inside. This keeps is breathable (although obviously not as breathable as before) while keeping everything inside the tube. I also find that wrapping a tiny elastic band around the locking post just above the lock (after it's shut) keeps everything snug, otherwise there is a tiny bit of movement as the spacer rings don't quite hold everything in place.

I put it on again today after coming home from work. It actually feels alot better this time, It's been on for almost 5 hours now without any significant pain, just some mild discomfort, but I guess that's expected :D

I'm not sure about it being the size of the thing, lengthwise it's just about perfect, and according to specs the inner diameter of the cb-devices doesn't differ that much (1 3/8 inch or 1 1/2 inch depending on model)

We (my wife and I ) got the CB3000 and had very few if any problems. The best advice we got was go with the biggest ring and smallest spacers.
