New UK Law: Rape Porn Ban - Sentence up to 3 years

Ugh, this was mentioned somewhat before, but Cameron is at it again. I don't know how to feel about this.

The question remains to the extent of this law
- How would it effect the BDSM community?
- How does this reflect people that view hentai - i.e. pornographic Japanese anime material (I probably worded this in the worst way possible)
- What about people who generally use "rape" as a fantasy, rather than have it as their sexual motive, etc.


I'll admit, I love the casual collection of various hentai manga, I own one called "Shocking Pink", a h-manga about repopulating through an initially unwilling man. Sure if reaches the extent of being violent, too violent for real pornographic situations, but in no way does it effect how I feel towards the topic realistically. I also bought this particular book from a UK retailer.

The hentai part mostly concerns me since Japan already faces its battles against lolicon for example. The last thing I'd hope for is for hentai as a form of anime pornographic material to be looked down upon due to how happily the creators of the medium enjoy bordering the extremes

The real problem here is that a LOT of the darker BDSM scene is still 100% an act - what may not look like it, still is 100% consensual activities. A lot of that is certainly in the risk of being targeted by such legislation.

Farrage may look like he's offering protection of civil librerties but he lies like ordinary people breathe. Only last week he was found out making up figures about how many Romanians and Hungarians may come to Britain. He actually claimed more would be coming than actually exist.

So, let's get this straight, you think it's plausible that every single Romanian and Hungarian citizen, will up sticks and come to Britain? Not just the entire population of two countries, but any of them that might just be living elsewhere too.
