Dog collar?

Could be a shock collar for dogs, a fairly cruel discipline device. I know some are sound activated (to try and "fix" barking dogs) and I can't recall seeing any with a remote. Would be surprised if they cost a fair bit though, so they may not be that much cheaper than electrosex toys.
