Sadly for me, Jana, this is where i end the journey. Life and work have become too hectic this month to be able to guarantee i can set aside enough time - but the tease You've been doing is wonderfully appreciated, so much hard work and time on Your part!

If I remember right, in 2011 the second month was planned with only 5 of her boys, and it would require a locking chastity belt. Compared to that we are now really glad not to have to do that, and it would severely limit down the numbers of our now 24++ participants.

Yeah, I was also one of the 5. Unluckily I missed the re-run, so it feels more like another "first month with Jana" if you know what I mean. New but still feels familiar. But am lucky that we are not all locked up in this second month. I still doubt I could live with that thing locked on for too long, so I welcome the new approach very much.

True enough, I can deal with 24/7 chastity if I MUST, but it also means giving up a lot of activities, such as sports... And considering the current line of involvement Jana has in our lives, not being able to exercise would definitely go against the general idea of being healthy.

OMG am over the moon happy as Jana sent me a very nice message.

Got up this morning and changed a habit, ate a light breakfast.
Whole wheat bagel, some cream cheese and lox.
On days where I work out hard early, will eat breakfast after that.
If I have a break, will snack on Pistachio nuts, ultra healthy.

Went to work, sure that my Zumba, Pilates and Boot Camp would stop me
from the extra 30 minutes of cardio Jana ordered.
After my class, club manager asks me to teach a new class.
Starts tomorrow, 1/2hr of spin bike and 1/2 hr of light weights. I start to say no. But the word YES pops out of my mouth before I can think.

Ouch.
I had to do the first video 4 times. I gave my best, but she was quite fast
And at the end of the second video...it was strange to stand in my room, face against wall...not exactly knowing when I could move on.
