A thread dedicated to roleplay

So Milovanians, I’ve had an idea for a while and wanted to sound out general interest.

Sometimes in the forums things get a bit kinky with various games etc or on occasion some of the mistresses have indulged us subs and mocked our manhood etc in dedicated threads. Or just sprinkled thru other threads, kink and roleplay sometimes briefly starts up: a few posts back and forth between a mistress and a fella: cheeky little comments with emoticons and such like.

I’ve found this quite frustrating sometimes because the thread quickly returns to reality and talks about other stuff, which breaks the fantasy just as I was starting to get turned on.

I thought it would be cool to have a thread where we are ALWAYS in character.

I do remember one time there was a thread where Mz Teneale and some other ladies mocked our manhood, but in the very same thread Mz Teneale said, of course, she didn’t actually mean the things she was saying. This is really important – we need this kind of statement; but couldn’t we separate it from the thread itself so we can visit a certain thread and get fully immersed in the fantasy without being reminded of reality? Perhaps this dedicated roleplay thread could have some sort of disclaimer as the actual title of the thread –so people clearly know its all just fantasy and make-believe before they click on it.

So – I’m proposing a dedicated thread for roleplay. Let’s call it roleplaythread. Nothing in that thread can be said in reality. That’s a rule. And posts that are not entirely in fantasy should be moved by moderators to the correct thread. In other threads people can talk about how events in roleplaythread made them feel etc etc, people can put extra disclaimers in other threads if its important to them that people know they don’t actually hold any views they might have expressed in roleplaythread.

As for roleplaythread itself. Well, endless possibilities. Ladies could leave messages asking subs to “present” themselves in the thread if they want to get subs to do tasks or just mock them etc. Subs could post of their own accord – make confessions: length of dick, how many times they jack off a day etc. Perhaps a sub just wants to leave a stream of worshipping words for a mistress, women in general etc etc. If they’re lucky maybe a lady will acknowledge their posts and post something back. It could also be a place where games take place – but rules and discussion etc can be in other threads so the game itself can just be enjoyed as a fantasy in roleplaythread. Just some ideas for starters.

I think it’d be cool to have a thread like this where we can really let loose. There are hundreds of other threads for writing what your actual views and opinions are in reality: and very interesting, intellectually stimulating, uplifting and entertaining they are too. But it would be great to have a thread where users can just let their hair down and immerse themselves totally in the fantasy. Like we see already in the webteases.

Finally – I would like to make clear, since I have talked vigorously about total immersion in fantasy, I’m not just proposing this thread as totally free of restrictions. We of course don’t want any illegal, racist etc content turning up. But this thread would presumably be monitored in the same way as all other threads on the site so that shouldn’t be a problem.

I’m sorry I’m so verbose when I write. I’d be terrible writing essays with a word limit! I hope some of it made sense anyway.

Very interesting concept i think. You have asked for opinions so i will give you mine, based on what i have learnt from doing similar events in other threads.

Probably a big concern of mine is the raitio of the amount of women to the amount of me. There is what, 3, maybe 5 women that post on the forums. And when an event like this starts, all the lurkers come out and there are countless men who are posting "begging" for this and that. What this means is that there would be a massive "workload" on the women to keep up with the amount of roleplay being put out by the men. Even a simple instruction such as post a picture of your dick so we can mock its size, potentially, could be a huge job to acomplish for the girls.

Another point, from my perspective, is that there are always people who ruin it. When i did that punishments thing, i had countless private messages from guys asking for me to be there mistress, or to take control of their orgasms or so on and so forth. As a moderator, i cant simply delete messages without having read them first, the reason being obvious. This was very annoying to me, and in alot of respects, makes me lose interest in being active here. I dont know what its like for the other girls here, but i bet they recieve the same treatment for just being here, let alone doing something like this.

Another reason, which is totally my opinion. Is i think the odd flirting/teasing in forums between members is what makes this forum special.

Dont get me wrong. This isnt to say i am completely opposed to the idea of a roleplay thread. I think it could be pretty fun in some respects. Its just that it needs to be discussed and nutted out before it could ever become a reality.

Hey Mz Teneale thanks for your feedback. Yeah I’m sure you’re right that you ladies would be inundated with PMs etc. Hmmm it is a problem. The thing is: games do already take place. Perhaps this idea could start in a small way: the next time a game starts up we could have 2 threads for it: the thread for discussion of rules and any other chats stimulated by the game, but then a separate thread for the game itself where everything would be “in character”. The roleplay thread idea could be a while off – but just applying the principle to the next game that crops up would be an immediate improvement to any game, in my opinion.

I totally agree with you that it is cool that there is teasing and cheekiness in general in the forums. I think that’s great and I often throw a naughty comment or two in my own posts. (Hot legs in your pic by the way – there you go, there’s my comment for this post! ) I love that the forums are spontaneous and I would never in a million years be one to say we SHOULDN’T have teasing etc in the forums in general - it would just be cool in addition to have a thread dedicated to it. Also, I do worry sometimes when I put a cheeky/playful comment in my posts that maybe it’s not appropriate and won’t be received well. I’m probably just a worrier but it would be nice to have a thread where I knew it was definitely okay to do.

good idea. you could make a rule that no one can contact the women on here unless it is in the thread. i guess there would still be people who dont follow the rules but if it was a rule then it may cut back some.

Maybe a simple solution is just to tag thread subjects with RP when this is intended, and then people would know not to get too uppity about any female supremacy or humiliation or anything else that took place there? I mean post titles like "RP Females clearly superior to men in every way" etc.

I've been away from Milovana access for a while so set up this thread then abandoned it! Just wanted to thank drawn and jsamp for their comments - sorry it's belated! Nice ideas guys. Anyone else interested in test-running something along any of these lines?

I think it's a top idea, but as Mz Teneale rightly points out these things have gone "tits up" several times.

A minimum number of posts to qualify people seems like a good idea, not sure if there is an automatic way of filtering like that? So that only posts of people who have more than X actually turn up. Otherwise there is the administrative hassle of deleting them manually which is probably no fun for the Admins. Maybe there could be "volunteer moderators" just for these topics? I'd put my hand up to do that if it helped...

The other problem then is the separate emailing of the wonderful ladies (and or gents) running these games. Not sure what one could do about that. Perhaps create a separate account to start the game from and then just ignore all messages that come to that account? Not sure how the admins would feel about people running multiple accounts though as it does make it a bit hard to keep track of who's who in the zoo...

I am not sure if this would work here but I have an idea...

In my forum I have an area I called My "Underground". For this one thread I have set a password needed. This might be ok by itself but I also made it so this thread needs to be moderated by Myself. I am not sure if this forum has the ability to do that but I would think it might. I think that would solve your problem. You could hand out the password to people who somehow "earn" the right to enter. (Maybe you have to contribute to the forum or via tease making in some way to participate.)

Just a thought, I wouldn't think it would be too hard for someone to Moderate that way.
