What is wrong with the chat im trying to log in and always goes to the Authentication failed then username and password WHY?

Might have caught this faster in the techsupport area..

You aren't banned so there's no reason it shouldn't let you in. You might try from a different browser?

Here is an alternative though:

Last time chat was down for a few days, JustMe set up a room and posted it to the Milo group of fl. A good handful of us logged in and were able to chat through it. Just checked and I got into the room no problem! Here's the info he posted, god knows I don't really know what it means but it may help some!
