Unless you have the necessary tools/skils to cut semi-circular holes in wooden boards,
then don't bother. Any other solutions involving rope or tape just dont "cut" it.
Without wood, it aint stocks.

you can make something similar to this with just an drill and hardware.

use a hole saw attachment to the drill and saw a hole in your wood planks. remember to have the hole saw just under 1/2 way off the wood. make sure that your holes line up on the wood planks when they are together.
then use screws to attach hardware such as locking hasp, and hinge.
i would sand the holes
stain and or finish as you want.
and your done, simple easy stocks

take a large thick wooden pole (a handle from a shovel, for example). Then you fix 4 pieces of rope on both ends and somewhere in the middle for hands. Just make sure that you make it so that skin never touches wood, by making a knot that will always be between skin and wood.
You can fix the rope with small nails or industrial pneumatic pistol. Or even use something fancier like short pieces of plastic tube that fixate the rope in place. Just make sure there's absolutely no sharp angles or spikes, etc.

This is called a spreader bar. Works pretty much the same as stocks, but not really. To make stocks you can not go around pieces of wood or some metalworking to bend thick metal stripes.

Something that would break down after you were done with it and become household items again would be awesome. Short of just a broom handle fasten to your hands i don't know what that would be though.

It doesn't need to be disassembling totally. It's OK if noone can guess what the heck is it for.

Basically, you'd place one broomstick on top of the wrists & ankles, place the other broomstick underneath them, then bind the broomsticks together using a pair of quick ties right beside each limb...

and have bruices and skin damage if your sub struggles too hard....

wooden stocks are solid. their parts do not move. On top of it, the inner parts of the rings (holes) are flat.
In your scenario you have two brooms tied up with something. First of all you can NOT make the construction sturdy enough, and during the struggle it will shapeshift. Second, broom handles are round, which means that the area that touches the skin is small, and the smaller it is, the bigger is the pressure applied per square centimeter with the same incoming force.

I'm not saying it definitely can't work... but look, to make it safe and on top of it good looking you'll spend a lot of money and effort. Much more than if you just drive to the construction materials market, pick up a good piece of a wooden plank, drill the holes in in and make your own stocks, just like in the picture. And if you sandpaper it and then acid the wood, you'll be getting a good solid stocks instead of strange thing of two brooms and a ton of tape.

Personally I wouldn't risk assembing a thing you describe. That said, I would probably never buy bondage equipment (ball-gags and fancy handcuffs excluded), because you can really make them all in your garage if you have a drill, sandpaper a few hours of time and enough brain.
