Punishment idea for guys

Sorry if this is in the wrong spot, I'm new, but I thought of a new frustrating punishment for guys to get horny without permission.

So basically the guy first starts off by edging 3 times with a 20 second break in between. After that he has to get soft and jerk as fast as he can until he gets hard again. When he gets hard he has to wait until he goes soft again and jerk as fast as he can until he gets hard another time. The guy keeps repeating this until he cums without being hard. This takes a lot of self control and can take a guy almost a half hour to cum even jerking as fast as he can.

Please let me know how this works out, I'm new and would like suggestions
