For the past few years I've offered ongoing assignments. I've found it best to do this with the commitment only lasting 7-10 days but I also have a 30 day training option. I agree on imagination. Not all guys have this. No offense but men have proven to be more visual. But I have noticed that T&D guys have wonderful and complex imaginations. Probably due to the fact that they need to edge for extended periods and need deep fuel for the fire. lol

I have a single one time assignment that can be used for 24-48 hours. But honestly I get more request for 7-10 days then after those they take a break and come in for 30. I prefer them taking a break and coming back when they can fully focus.
