If you tire, try varying more with fingers or toys and not only using your mouth...

Sorry I mislead in my earlier post, I edited it. I wasn't asking for advice, my intention was to just ask a bunch of people of their experiences. And there are a billion discussions out there about technique, but rarely I've seen people discuss their different experiences about the duration ... so I started this thread out of curiosity.
