Unfortunately, the process kinda stopped in the middle. It still has a lot of usefull info imho. So I'v decided to post it here, and also encourage everyone to post new things and improvements and sugegstions, that I hopefully will add up over time. So here goes:
So I'v been noticing that most of flash teases are stroke-edge-stop based. I'm making stroking as an example, but you may see it can be applied to almost anything, including CBT. I'm not discussing special instructions like bondage, exhibitionism, icy-hot applience, etc.
I have an Idea to make a list of fun games that you can do with repetitive things, like stroking, in hopes that this may bring more variety to flash teases, not just simple timed stroking.
Reason being, there were a lot of interesting ideas in the past, but even I can't remember them all when it comes to making a list of things I want to do in a tease. So the list may be both as tutorial and some kind of reference for future use. I encourage everyone to add different things to it, no matter how strange they may be. The reference list I would like to make should be as full as possible.
I'm not an expert on what commands you can do for girls, and will appreciate the input too.
1. Stroking.
1.1 Techniques
Off course, the most teasing activity is sexually stimulating the subject, i.e. Stroking. But few authors remember, that stroking may come in different forms and techniques. Here goes:
1) Normal full palm stroking - obviously the way that 99% of men stroke. Palm fully grips the cock, thumb facing up, full strokes.
2) Inverted palm stroking - a rather rare thing to see. The stroking goes with full palm, just the same, but the thumb is facing down.
3) Added rotational movements to stroking - a method where you stroke your cock with full palm, and rotate it a bit with every stroke.
4) Extra-full strokes. With this technique, you stroke all the way from the bottom to the top, and further, so your palm almost goes off the penis, so basically only your pinky remain touching the tip of the cock head.
5) Squeesing the cock on the upper stroke, as if you want to milk it.
6) Stroking only shaft or only head of the cock - self-explanatory.
7) Stroking with a circle made of thumb and forefinger.
8) Squeesing the head of the cock. Wrap the palm around the head of the cock, and squeese it. With added lube, this may produce short stroking motions as your head slips away when you squeeze, and moves in the palm again as you relax.
9) "Milking the monkey" technique I'v read of in some tease. Wrap your thumb and forefinger firmly just under the head of the cock. Then start squeesing fast. No stroking up and down, though due to the form of the penis the squeesing may produce some movement.
10) Stroking with a few fingers - thumb strokes the upper side of the cock, 1-2-3 fingers stroke the downside of it.
11) Stimulating the underside of your head. There's a very sensitive spot on the underside of the head of penis. If you lube it and rub it with one-two fingers in circles, it produces a strong sensation.
12) Palming. Lube your right hand. Grab your cock firmly in your left hand, leaving the head of it exposed. Now place the open lubed right palm over top if the head, and start making fast circular motions. Very strong sensation.

1.2 Basic stroking commands in teases.
1) An unspecified stroking command. "Stroke for me". "Begin stroking now". The benefit of this one is that the user picks his own pace and style. If the user is horny, this command will most probably result in the most enjoyable stroking possible without edging.
2) A specified number of strokes. "Give me 100 strokes". "Stroke 10 times for me". This is mostly for classic-tease use, IMO. In the flashtease, where you can specify timers, such commands may seem boring, especially if you overdo with the number. Also, counting down strokes makes the user less concentrated on the pleasure.
3) Timed stroking. "Stroke for one minute". Without some kind of timer avaliable this may be quite bothersome command. However if there is timer, like in a flashtease or a video, this becomes pretty good thing to do.
4) Specifying speed in Strokes-per-Second. A neet way to cpecify your wanted speed of stroking. Downside is, that all people are different, and while 3 sps is completely fine for some, for other it may result in fast Edge. And THIS leads to failure to obey the tease, because you either start stroking slower or have an accident. Some teases may deliberately aim for such failure, while for others this outcome is just unexpected by author (a script flaw). I recommend that you either specify what happens if the user is close to cumming (like "If you edge - hold it" or "If you edge - rest 20 seconds and resume").
5) Specifying the speed with metronome. Some like it, some don't. Currently, in nyx, it's a pain to do for different reasons. But the result worth it. The downside is the same as in p4: You should expect that some will inevitably edge if you set a high speed.
Also, I'v seen sometimes that a third-party metronome is used. I can't talk you completely against it, but you should understand that switching between tabs to change the speed is pretty lame. At least that's what I think.
6) Mild speed specification (Slow-Medium-Fast). This way the user defines his "fast" himself, which makes the tease less consistent but at the same time more personal. I think that's the best way to go, actually. Note though, that again if given an instruction to stroke "fast" for too long, this will make someone edge. You should think this through.
7) Number of strokes over time. One of the worst possible things to do, IMO, is to give the user a timer and say "Stroke 100 times over 45 seconds!". Then the user first have to solve some math to decide what speed he have to go. Pretty much any variant is better than this, but who knows? Maybe there'll be a tease where this kind of thing is best.
1.3 General advice about stroking.
1) Don't make the user to stroke for too long for the same picture. If you must, make a series of short consecutive pages to stroke to.
2) Always specify what happens if the user can't keep up. A short phrase in the beginning, covering this thing up, will make the tease MUCH more consistent and noone can be frustrated by having to decide something on their own.
3) Give the user some resting time after an edge, even as low as 20 seconds. Don't start fast stroking immediately after edging, unless that's your goal.
1.4 Games to do with stroking.
Even if plain stroking session is still fun, you may make it much more exciting if you incorporate some games and fun things with it. I'll post short examples with code pieces if needed.
1) Slow-fast stroking. "Give me 10 slow strokes, then 10 really fast. Then 10 slow again. Over and over" This is a simple and fun game to play. It may be done with a simple text instruction, like I did here, or even with a lot of consecutive pages in flash tease with timers and metronomes. What's good in this kind of game, is that the changing speed makes cock much more excited, because it doesn't have time to adapt.
2) Stroke and count your strokes. The user is given a timer or a video, and commanded to give the mistress as many strokes in that perion as possible. The only rule - no cumming. Obviously he'll have to rest after edging. When the video/timer is complete, you may ask how much strokes did the user achieve, with multiple choices, and punish/reward strokers accordingly.
The devious thing to do, BTW is give harder tasks the more strokes he gave. So the better he did, the more torture there is, and not the opposite.
3) How long can you last. In a flashtease, you may specify the pace with a metronome or text, and measure how long will it take for the user to reach the edge and press the button. Depending on this time, you may punish/reward him accordingly.
4) Have a user to stroke for a few minutes, promice him to get ready to edge and then make him stop.
5) Opposite of 4, create the impression that he'll ahve to stroke for some time, then surprise him by the edge. This is effectively done with fake timers in a flashtease.
2. Edging
2.1 Basic advice
1) One of the basic things everyone should remember while making a webtease, is that it takes time for most people to edge. So don't have the user to edge on the second page, incorporate some stroking before that. Personally, I switch the tease off instantly if the first thing I'm asked is edge. Even if the body of your tease in very interesting and exciting, then if you require an edge to begin - make an intro for a user to achieve that. This may be done as simple as with one (!!!) page that loops over and over witha random picture, untill the button is pressed.

3) And, at last, remember, yet again, that we are different. Some men are able to edge repeatedly every 5 seconds, with a pause as short as 2-3 seconds. Some will cum unintentionally during that kind of thing. Some men are able to hold the edge for 10 minutes, some are not. They will either cum, or slip away from the edge. For some, 50 edges in a row is completely fine, for others 5 edges are too much. What I'm saying is that you should always keep in mind these facts. If you want your tease to be appreciated by mass community, maybe it'll be wiser to pace your imagination down and give longer rests, etc.
4) There are different stimulations for different people, but more often than not edging for a video is faster and harder to hold back.
5) When holding the edge for a considerable time, it's better to split your pages into a short series, so the user doesn't know how long he has to hold, and if the next page will be rest, still holding or even orgasm!
2.2 Techniques
There can't be said as much about techniques of edging. There seem to be no special methods, or rather they all derive from stroking methods listed above. Edge is an edge, as simple as that. There's basically two types of it:
1) Simple Edge. The user is given command to edge, and then rest time comes. And then stroking again.
2) Holding the Edge. It's when after edging, instead of stopping completely the user is made to stroke slowly, keeping himself just a few strokes from orgasm. A very powerful thing, but needs practice to master.
There's also such things as Hard edge and Mild Edge. Mild Edge keeps you relatively safe, 10-15 strokes from orgasm, yet already feeling the tingling. Hard Edge is REALLY close to cumming. Personally, I prefer mild edges. I don't think Hard edge fucks with your mind considerably more, yet the danger is greater.
2.3 Games.
1) Consecutive edging. Is when after a short rest you are commanded to edge again. And again. And AGAIN. AGAIN! A fun thing to do, really frustrating.
2) Edge as much as you can. The user is given a video/timer and encouraged to edge as many times as possible, and keep count. Later he's asked how much could he do, with multiple choices leading to different punishments/rewards.
3) Edge in time - same as consecutive edging, but you are given timers for each edge. In cace of failure to edge in time, punishment comes.
4) Worship edges. The user is commanded to dedicate X edges for a certain part of model's body.
5) Stroke-Edge-Hold. A series of consecutive timed pages with one of this three commands on each. The user is made to stroke, on a stroking page. Then he Edges over and over on the Edge page, and holds the edge on the Hold pages. Simple, but devious.
