I have an online/phone Mistress who generously allows me to cum when I have sex with my wife (I'm never allowed to masturbate to orgasm). As to 300 to 800 minutes... that will be 5 to 13 hours. Why not turn every minute into five or ten minutes of punishment? Or for every minute, do a quarter of an hour... than 300 to 800 minutes will be 3 to 8 days. (like 3 to 8 days in a KTB)

You can also relate the amount of minutes, to the amount of edges you have to do before you are allowed to cum again, with 5 or 10 minutes of no touching between each edge. (it doesn't have to be a one on one relationship)

Wow, and I was thinking of buying one (the plastic one). That post you linked was about period of days. Do you (the forums in general) figure it'd be ok for a few hours or 1 day (not over night)?

Also, more on topic, I read on another forum a scientific study that the actual intercourse part of sex ideally lasts only 7 minutes or so. The article was linked to from that other forum so it's not just internet hearsay. Although, I can't provide a link so now it is.
