Question on "Dormitory Duties"

How is it possible that the flash tease "Dormitory Duties" by Neverletmecum is rated as the second highest viewed tease, but is only rated a 2.7??
The tease, in my opinion, is very well done and a good tease for those who like to edge. Did this tease get improperly scored, because if it did, the author is really being penalized for a great effort.

My guess: 20 people, 30 ways to rate a tease.
I've seen a topic here this week, where a tease with shemales was given a 1-rating, because the author didn't mention anything about shemales.
That's a bit rough, but, anything, including the chosen model, can affect the ratings either positive or negative.

I have found that about (at a guess) 80% of the vote
is based on What the model looks like
and NOT the content of a tease!!

like the really old joke.. I read playboy for the articles not the models (they often do have good articles.. but
most just looked at models)

quality of instructions, well there Are NONE!!! NO instructions so : even I the author rate it Zero! on instruction quality!

so.. you have to pick a model that the people of Milo like, now to get over 4.0 you ALSO need good writing
but.. the model really does make a big impact on how a tease is rated.
