Slave contract for submissive couple + checklist

Hi guys!
I am a heterosexual male dominant. I usually deal with the girls, but recently one submissive couple on another forum asked me to take both of them on contract. (Online relationship without webcam, but with picture-proof for start). This is a guy and a girl, they do not live together, but they are dating and have oral sex. Sex with penetration - a taboo for religious and cultural reasons. The rest is a traditional limits: social suicide, permanent damage, etc. They want semi public dares, lifestyle control, etc. I need an example of a slave contract to them and detailed questionnaire for them which I could take as the basis. My standard samples are not good for them, and I find it hard to make new in English (It is not my native language). I want something strict for them and focused on the couple. Detailed if possible. In my opinion such examples are worth to be public, at least as an example.

That's why I just said that the examples are worth to be public.
What you agree with your slaves is up to you and them, if you're not willing to share that, one can only respect your choice.

I actually can't see what you may write there. It's not a real contract for once, but if you want to kinda roleplay it, I'd suggest you look up some job employment contract forms (like this). I'd write something on the lines of:

This contract of sexual submission is made the _______________ day of ________ 201___ between (slave name) ________________________________ of (slave address) ____________________________________________________________, hereinafter known as ‘the Slave’, and (Master name) ____________________________________ of (Master address) _______________________________________________________________, hereinafter known as ‘the Master’.

The Regulations and Conditions of Sexual Submission as set out herein will be deemed to constitute a “Contract of Sexual Submission”. All slaves will be required to sign at the space provided at the end of these conditions, agreeing to adhere to the Master’s Conditions of Submission.

I Slave:

1) Slave agrees to abide the orders of his/her master at all times. Slave will not argue and will not express dissatisfaction.

2) Slave will always thank the master for any orders and recieved attention.

3) Slave will always report the completion of any orders <Write your terms of reporting here>

4) Slave will check his/her e-mail once per day to recieve new orders. <or write other agreed terms here>

5) Slave will not have sexual contact without the approval of the Master. (approval may be given or revoked both on single occurance or long term).

6) Slave must report any concerns about the safety/nature of the orders to the master.

7) Slave must report any new ideas or thoughts on how the sexual control may be improved to the Master. This includes new activities or things that will make slavery even more complete.

8) Slave gives up complete sexual control to his/her master. Any sexual deed will require approval from the Master.

9) Slave has a "safeword". At any time if a slave feels some kind of threat from the actions of a master or a partner, Slave may use a safeword to stop whatever is happening. A safeword, however, is useless when no real threat is present (for example if a slave is afraid of tickling and wants it to stop just because of disliking it), and the action may be resumed. Note here, to very throughly write down this part, and get to a good agreement. There are situations where a safeword is needed sometimes. For example even with tickling a subject may feel dizzy or feel like feinting. That's a clear threat. However just being afraid of tickling may not be considered a good enough reason to stop. You should discuss this VERY carefully. On the other hand a sub may want to stop pain, while it's clearly not health threatening, but merely unbearable. In this case, however, it may be better to listen and stop, even though, again, there was no threat. Some things are threat for mental health too, and pain may be one of them. You should discuss and write down the limits very well if you plan on doing some hardcore stuff to them. And make shure that above all they both understand and learn those things well, because likely they'll do things between each other and safety is always in the main concern.

II Master:
1) Master will not give orders that threaten health, social life, relationship, or reputation, hurt the slave's body or feelings above agreed limit. If such an order is still given for whatever reason, Slave must inform the Master about the fact and may not complete this task without efar of punishment or penalty.

2) Master will choose the course of action that leads to the maximum fulfillment of slave's fantasy of being controlled.

3) Master will listen to any conserns and requests. However it's up to him if things will be changed.

I think written contracts are a bad idea
I have tried it a few times
and it always ended up causing problems.
Subbies felt "trapped"
after a few months.

+1 on that actually. It's much better if you just discuss things in detail and they give themselve up without any contract. Slaves don't sign contracts in the first place.

Just to ensure no surprises to either side.

And of course a "Safeword"

Safeword is my preferred choice as its use is unambiguous and almost impossible to use by accident.
