So I stopped jerking off at all for a while (reddit's NoFap) but I was disappointed in how short I lasted when having sex.
Then I got the double whammy of taking a long time & stimulation to get hard *and* coming quickly.

I've been thinking that Cock Hero videos might be good training for stamina?

Problem is, I can only last 15-20 mins so far ... I've tried a variety of videos.

I read elsewhere to start with older videos since they are easier?

One problem is, in the older ones with the black screen during the minute break -- I can't stay hard without stimulation.

Do you jerk off to other material so you start the CH video fully hard?

Any tips for me? Feels like my dick isn't working like it should. :(

As far as the no-fap thing goes, I think what most men are actually addicted to is the stimulation of one clip after another. There's a good TED talk about arousal addiction. It can also take up to 6 months for your brain chemistry to reset.

That being said, I definitely keep stroking during the breaks. For most of the earlier vids I will just watch a different video. I usually have a couple of different screens open for just that reason. That's also why I didn't do that kind of break on my video. I like the smooth transitions that keep you engaged.

Me too on this one, just makes sense for me. I do just enough to stay hard normally, nothing too vigorous!

I think I just got better with practice really. I also started out from CH1 and worked my way right through to CH15 before moving on to other videos. Once you've made it through those, most other things will be manageable for sure.

I kept getting stuck on CH3, where it goes super fast several times in one clip. My tips would be to use lots of lube (so less friction) and loosen your grip too, for the same reason. Breathing is important too: regular steady and fairly deep, but not so it's uncomfortable at all. Also once you've lost at one point in a video before it helps to know the tough bit is coming up. I think with the CH3 scene I'm thinking of getting a bit soft before the start of the clip was also part of the problem - the fast bit came along pretty quickly and I think I was then more sensitive somehow, rather than being used to being hard for a while, if that makes sense.

I've just discovered these fine little gems of stimulation. STill have ot get used to this, so I now keep some nice oil-based lube around, which I hadn't used on myself that way. Made getting there more difficult actually.

x802snow, I actually got through 'fail' and managed to get myself to the end, just timing it right at the end. In all honesty though, I was lucky I hadn't slept the night before, so "Fail" didn't quite have the impact it would have.

Fine job on that one, though I did get thrown off by one or two music choices. They were too busy or clashed rythmically, not sure. Hey, let me know if you'd like a good mix done with effects and whole nine yards. As a fan it's my only chance to give back. (And I'm a sound pro, so it might help a bit)

So anyway, lube helps you not hurt yourself. I'm glad I had it for "Fail".
