I am new to this lifestyle and have tried to search for an online Mistress to start out. If I do find someone, I often never know if they're male or female. If I ask for proof of their gender, they always give me some bull about how I need to trust them and I can't be submissive if I know who they are. In my opinion, it's just a bunch of gay guys trying to make me do humiliating tasks. Does anybody feel the same way? Does anyone know another way to show the gender of your online Mistress?

Ask them to cam with you just to say hi, ask questions and get to know them. If they won't, or suggest you need to trust them, forget it. Trust is earned both ways and just because you are prepared to be someones sub does not mean you are prepared to be anyones sub (if that makes sense). In my limited experience of the scene it is very hard to find 'your' ideal Dom, but if you put in the research, are patient and find that luck you'll need it will be a far better experience.
