Do any of you guys have any ideas or suggestions to make a good homemade chastity device, because i am not willing to spend $50 + for a CB. and I do not want to use tape, or a toilet paper rolls.

That may depend on your intentions while wearing it and duration.

I don't know if this will work for you, but I've used a small-sized athletic cup in a jockstrap as a short-term chastity device. I put two or three pairs of tight shaping panties on over the cup/jockstrap.

This improvisational cock cage does not completely prevent an erection but it does make it very very difficult to have an orgasm, which makes sustained edging possible. And then if I do decide to have an orgasm while constrained in this manner, boy is it ever intense!

So not entirely chaste, and not entirely homemade....but another perverted way to have fun for sure.
