Idea for new webteases

Hello

I have been a fan of this site for a long time and even though I haven’t created any teases I think I have read most of them, or at least all the flash teases. So even though I have never written in the forums before let me start by saying thank you to Milovana:)

For some time I have been thinking about an idea (which I am sure I am not the only one who have had), that I want to share with you guys and hear what you say and if you think it is worthwhile pursuing:)

I am sure that most of you know about http://pov.freeones.com// or the tease with Ashton at http://www.orgasmdenial.com/ashtontease. I have been thinking about creating something similar to those. I would like to make something like we have on the flash teases here at Milovana with multiple choices, like they also have on pov.freeones, and something that involves tease and denial (and other fetishes) like the Ashton tease, and I want it to be with videos that are made especially for the purpose of becoming a webtease. My idea is basically to record some girls and make some interactive video webteases with multiple choices.

So my question is if you guys think there would be an interest for it and if it would be something that people would use and enjoy? Or if people already have enough and wouldn’t want to spend time on it and that it would be a waste of my time?

I would also like to hear ideas for teases and if people would be willing to submit manuscripts and ideas? I already have some good ideas, I think, but I am always open to more.

Also, I would like to know how you guys think the setup should look like? Would I need to make buttons in the window of the video like on pov.freeones or would it be fine to have the buttons below the video with some text like on the Ashton tease? The second being the far easiest one to create;)

Also, there will of course be some expenses for the girls, video and running the site, so I will have to find a way around that. I think pov.freeones charge waaay too much and are overpriced and honestly I am not looking to become a millionaire on this, I want to do this because I love tease, denial and chastity and because I want to use some of the skills I have learned from studying media management and a little bit of IT. So I was thinking about having a monthly membership price, instead of having to pay for choices like on pov.freeones. I don’t know what a fair price would be if I were to upload at least one new video-webtease every week, but I am open to suggestions? So how much should something like this cost and how many members do you guys think the site would get if it was not free? This is probably the most important question as it will show if the project is feasible or not.

Hmm I guess there wasn't the same interest for the project as I thought there would be. Good that I only invested some time in programming until now. I guess this is a good example of the lean startup theory, which partly is that you ask your potential customers before you invest too much time and resources in your idea.

I guess I will rethink it and be sure to return with a comment if I continue with the idea;) Once again thank you for all the nice webteases:)
