@Cactusman
what has changed since you were able to upload pictures properly.
It may be worth running
ccleaner
glary utilities.
To ensure all the dross is cleaned out.

Re: Can't upload pics in editor
Hi Seraph0x, sure I'll try it again and let you know...
Re: Can't upload pics in editor
Well, I tried it again with firefox, both with and without safe mode, and I still get the error message
"Please select a file and click Upload before submitting the form." when I try to save the page, even though I saw earlier a message that the picture was uploaded successfully. I had no firewall or web filtering on during this experiment, I was using antivirus software (Immunet Protect).
Here's the client report again:
Browser: Firefox 13 on Windows!
Adobe Flash: Version 11.3.300
Window: 1280x904 in 1280x1024

Re: Can't upload pics in editor
Ok, you don't need to keep trying Safe Mode. And you don't need to send client reports either. Just test and let me know what happens please.
I had another idea, I've changed the uploader to work slightly differently. Can you give it one more try? Empty your cache first if possible.
The antivirus software should be ok. You can try turning it off and do one attempt without it, but it shouldn't matter.

Re: Can't upload pics in editor
Another thing that might help narrow it down is to test Flash<->JavaScript communication in the context of another page.
To do that you can go to:
http://0me.me/demo/adobeflash/ExternalI ... /demo.html
You'll see a text box near the top above the blue-ish area. If you type something in there and click the button next to it, it should write in the white text area below the blue-ish box something like: "Actionscript says: [whatever you typed]". If it doesn't say anything then there is something wrong with your Flash communicating with your browser. In that case you might have to completely wipe and reinstall Flash and/or Firefox to fix it. If it does work though, then there might still be some issue on our end, it would just be strange that it only affects you.
