Homework for Subs

So I recently started to sub for a domme, and we've been kind of on and off, but recently we've become a bit more "serious" in a sense. Anyway, she's having trouble giving homework and stuff (She's done no underwear in public, and ask me to stretch my ass for ten min a day so I could fit 3 fingers in). Anyway, my task for now is to help her find homework assignments for me to do during some days of the week, or throughout a week. We're both pretty new to the scene so I've come here for help. I'm male in case it's not clear. My limits are scat, blood, urine and vomit, along with recently discovered hot sauce play. I'm also not wanting to do any serious public things, like things that would make it obvious I'm doing something like this. For instance wearing panties is okay, but wearing a bra is not....anyway, just looking for advice! Much obliged!
