check out omegle. Gotten lucky with some good Dommes there. Type in BDSM, S&M, and Femdom as your tags, though I usually get hits from BDSM only.

Yeah usually only get guys when I do femdom and S&M. BDSM will get you a wider range of people, and I've gotten more than a few dommes.
