Feedback on Time for your lesson

Post by eteased »

You're free to provide your constructive criticism here. I promise not to be discouraged by it. Really. Here, I'll start:

It's annoying that the URL's aren't links and the teasee can't copy-paste them into another browser window

great stuff - and well put together. Are sure you're correct on the grammer though? My education has taught me that the sentence "send it on it's way" is correct, rather than no apostrophe - as the "way" belongs to "it". Am I wrong?

"If you're being possessive, it's just I-T-S; if it's meant to be a conjunction it's I-T-apostrophe-S". Strong Bad says so :)

Glad to see that people are enjoying the tease. I didn't want it to seem too preachy or anything.

Could I do one in French or German? I don't think that would go well, as I know very very little of either language and would probably butcher them worse than people do with English. Hmmm, maybe some sort of very basic vocabulary quiz would be possible, though...

As for Griffyn's comment, I'm sure there are some grammar issues in the tease, but I tried to be extremely careful with the questions themselves. "It's" means "it is." You wouldn't say "He is on he's way," and you shouldn't write "it is on it's way," either.
