I hate to be the one that suggests this, but it seems like hentai images in general are going to be nearly impossible to properly moderate, so perhaps the site should change their policy to not allow any teases with hentai images. Proper models are pretty tightly restricted, and finding underage models in proper galleries presents its own problems. Might be a simple way of solving the problem.

Also, the tease by LittleElfBoy, called Black Rose Witch, the main character is Akiza Izinski from Yugi-oh. The wiki refers to her age at the beginning of the series as 16 - but it doesn't mention her current age. This might be a grey area, to be addressed?

I had already checked this tease. The information I checked listed her age at the beginning of the series as 16 and at the end as 22. The images I checked came from the end of the series, so she would be 22.

@janmb: Hi, I will try to answer your questions.

Point 1. "For cartoons that are largely unknown..." Age will be based on the setting, appearance and context taking the tease as a whole. Yes it will be a judgement call, just like it would be if we ever had to go to court.

Point 2. "Mature women posing as minors..." As I read the law it only effects persons under the age of 18. If you are talking about characters in cartoons the age will be judged the same as above.

Example: In your example if the model is 18 or over it is legal. I guess if she is 19 and still in junior high school she must have flunked a lot of classes .

I assume this was written tongue in cheek but I will answer for breathplayslut anyway. I too checked the wiki and she is in fact 20 in the 4th series. So as long as the pictures come from that series it should be fine.

Liking fictional tease characters is basically the whole premise in every tease on the site. The fact that the character images in this case are known to be underage in an original published work elsewhere should make them unusable for us. Even if it wasn’t a legal issue I’m hopeful that all Milovanians would choose not to perpetuate the moral problem of kids being exploited in our world which is the reason it is not legal to use underage images. We will make a few small adjustments and this issue will be solved for the fans of cartoons.

Some of you seem concerned that “big brother“ (admin) is cracking down on our rights to be freaky or is trying to adjust our preferences for us. Some of you seem worried that this might lead to more censorship. I recently learned that there have only been a couple teases removed by administrative action so don’t worry about this leading to more and more censorship. If you’re going to spoof known works of this sort you need to use different characters/models/setting so it can’t be misconstrued.

No reason to sugar coat this or be politically correct.

The talk about mental disorders doesn't really need to be part of this discussion. Everyone knows that rapists, child molesters, murderers, arsonists and psychos of all kinds are mentally @34&* and there isn’t any correlation between those menaces to society and any of our sexual preferences.

It's important that people come to terms with the fact that pedophilia as a sexual alignment is nothing that can or should be fixed or scoffed at. We did that with gays as well until fairly recently, and these days fortunately most people agree that it is not something that is voluntary, wrong, can or should be fixed at all. The very same goes for pedophiles. There is nothing inherently wrong with someone getting sexually aroused by watching kids.

Jan, come on man. You can’t possibly think that an adult who desires children in a sexual way is comparable to the bigotry experienced by gays.

Ask yourself this question: Would I trust a so called “Pedophile” with the children in my life? Answer=“Hell No!” Children must be protected. Pedophilia isn't a benign sexual alignment, it is a fancy way some politically correct, professional idiot, or group of professional idiots decided to describe, and thus partially excuse, the sexual desire (and actual behavior in many, many cases) some whacked out adults have for children.

The “condition” progresses and some of these “poor” diagnosed “patients” become child predators. So If any of you “like” kids in a sexual way please get help immediately. Let us be cautious and sensitive to the real issue at hand and make sure we all do what we can to protect kids and our site.
