I am going to post my initial report for the day here since I am going to take a nap then go out to the food store and don't know if I will be back before it is due. I will continue to update this post with the rest of the day if I touch anymore, which hopefully I won't.
I made it through the first 5 hours of the day without touching, and hoped to continue that throughout. To help me since I make a lot of inadvertent and unthinking trips to my balls to itch/scratch/adjust my boxers, I tied my hands loosely together so I would hopefully feel when they started to drift. This worked last night, and continues to work today, when tied.
However I untied them last night and did not retie them today. I soon found my hand on my chest touching a nipple, so that was the first touch and the first edge, which I did right away.
Next I played a video game, and after it was done and I was closing out, I noticed that one of my hands went down and touched my balls. Touch 2, 2 more edges done.
I then remembered what I had done the previous night, and got out my shoelace and lightly bound my wrists together, not tight enough to prevent me from doing anything really, but just so I knew where they were. Then I started playing a video game again, and had to stretch my hands a little further than the shoelace allowed to have a hand on both the mouse and keyboard. During some down time in the game, I noticed that once again my hand drifted to my ball. Touch 3, 3 more edges. I caught myself 2 more times drifting to my privates, but stopped them before they got there. Done with gaming for the day.
So as for now I have touched 3 times and done a total of 6 edges for those touches. The most interesting thought I had during the edges was about yesterday's karada and the butt plug training the day before.
