The karada has been wonderful. My sleep last night was a bit fitful, but I went to bed early and slept in, so that made up for it. It was also interesting to shower in it. I was nervous that the rope would stay wet and rub and chafe afterwards, but it was pretty dry after I toweled myself off.
I then decided to make up for the fact that I did not wear the karada the entire day the first time it was assigned, by making sure to go out in public with it on. I finished preparing the exams for my class and headed to campus to make all the copies and get everything ready to go for the final. In order to hide the ropes I buttoned up my shirt all the way, and wore a jacket. The buttoning of the collar worked to hide the ropes around my neck (though having it that buttoned is uncomfortable) but you could still see the central knots if you looked carefully enough at the front of my shirt, but the jacket covered those nicely. I did not see anyone at all while making my copies and getting them ready, but then I realized I had to grade an assignment, which kept me there past lunch, so I put on my jacket and headed out to the student union, which had plenty of people, to eat. It felt good to know what was under my clothes, and I only wish I had been able to wear it the first time while teaching, but given the visible rope around the neck with what I wear to teach (golf shirt and khakis) as well as the knots in the front of the shirt semi-showing, I am glad I did not, since there is always a lot of students asking me questions after the class.
The worst part of wearing the karada out was driving. Somehow my car which is low to the ground causes the karada to really wedge into my crack when I get into the driver's seat. It was very uncomfortable, especially when I hit bumps in the road (my car also has sport suspension [read: none]). I was able to focus enough on driving that it was not a danger, but will definitely make sure it is a little looser in that area before driving again, because it could be a hazard.
Edit: I hope this pleases you both, I know one of the points is being in public with it on, so I decided to get those things done today as opposed to wait so I could wear the karada out for you, and this time be able to wear the right things to keep it hidden.

Laura gave me an edging challenge since she observed yesterday how fast I edged at her command. The challenge was to do 25 edges between 4:20 and 5 (task was given to me at 4:20). Then 45 edges between 5 and 6, and to end the "day" 50 edges between 5 and 6.
I have completed the first 25, and am now hydrating and posting this because I might not have much time once it becomes 5. I am already dripping and sensitive. I saw that Della was online so I figured i'd put up a quick update.
I got my first edge after catching myself brushing my fingers across my cleavage and reveling in how it felt.
I then stockpiled 2 more edge by running my hand along my thigh purely because it felt good. At first I thought I might not count this one but I asked Crow and he insisted that it did. So that brought the total up to 3.
I then decided to do those 3 edges. Taking my time and feeling how wet I had become throughout the morning. Unfortunately after those edges I touched after doing the 3rd which meant another 3. And then clearly not having learnt my lesson I did it again.
